In 2017, chef patron Giancarlo "GC" Giancovich opened award-winning restaurant, Smoking Lobster, on Ventnor Esplanade.

Boasting panoramic views of one of the island's best beaches and serving delicious dishes celebrating the best local produce available, reimagined through a Pan-Asian lens, Smoking Lobster quickly became popular with tourists and locals alike.
